09-11 rx8 S2 6sp manual transmission EAST TN LOCAL PICKUP

This is a core transmission removed from an 09 with ~125k miles. Customer reported “grinding going into first” and supplied a new replacement trans for install so this is the old core that was left over. The car did not run or drive when it came to me so I did not test this at all. Pics taken while draining oil. Maybe it is an easy fix, maybe you can use it as is. If you even use one part from it then it has paid for itself.

Why no shipping? I do have the mazda box that the new trans came in but it is HUGE. Since shipping carriers charge for distance plus weight plus dimensions, there is no easy way for me to flat-rate-estimate shipping cost up front that will be accurate both for a buyer in GA and a buyer in WA. So if you want this shipped, you will need to contact me at kevin@rotaryresurrection.com directly up front with your zipcode to quote shipping costs, but expect $125-250 depending on your distance from east TN. Honestly I prefer not to try and package/ship this and it probably isnt worth the cost of shipping (plus buying the part).
